Why if we just fix another reason abt why ppl desert? Ahh yes You know what im talking abt i’m reffering to those nerds who abuse the Stadistics stuff and tend to leave screwed games just to “keep that Ego and fake smile” of almost perfect stadistics, so i suggest that on any update whenever You desert Your K/D and W/L rate Will be affected (counting any desertion as a defeat)

Get rid of the ranking system and the win loss percentage and add a “play solo only” option box next to the play any faction box, so people who don’t want to be a stacked groups next cannon fodder can choose and play only other solo players. This way, people will no longer be able to desert to save their rank or winning percentage, and they will have a better chance of having a more competitive game not having to face groups. In addition, stop giving rewards like experience, silver and tech tree progress to those who desert.
If the reasons people desert are never addressed, deserting will never decrease.

It should also be considered that many of the desertions occur due to problems with the internet connection, poor team balance in games, especially in BR5, where there are cases where it is literally 2 people vs 6 people, or simply because a game mode is played that people do not like very much, such as conquest mode in general.
I’ve been advocating for this for a while, but everyone’s just shot me down for one reason or another. I swear the AI is the only sane thing left in this game.

For all I care remove the stats entirely but im quite sure the reason behind leaving games is something else than stats.
maybe who shot you down is they who always play squad but they didnt want to fight another squad and they just like to destroy solo player and they think they are so good at the game, but dont have guts to squad vs squad.

Does anyone even care about the stats since they are private and only your or Sino-Russian hackers have access ro them?
