The standard rate of fire of semi-autos in-game is 350 with a hit power ranging between 13.5 - 17.
The fire rate of M1 and M1A1 Carbine is 320, which is way too low.
Sadly you won’t see this iconic weapon that much, mainly because of its low rate of fire in combination with its lack of hit power (8.8).
I suggest you increase the fire rate to at least 350, preferably around 400. That would make this weapon a reasonable choice.
