if someone is 5 meters from you then you can talk about 70 milliseconds cause both rounds will hit without missing. what about distances where you can not guarantee every bullet hitting enemy? 20m? 30m? 50m?
milliseconds argument is most disingenuous one cause people miss lots of bullets and you are talking as you will hit absolutely every shot you fire from any distance.

I think he’s forced to do this because no one else wants to. If we have a rebellion not to introduce something into - the Soviet branch, if we correct mistakes in the direction of deterioration - in the same place. Japanese weapons of the first level were introduced - the reaction is many times more sluggish, although there is simply a huge advantage there. It’s all visible

snipers cant have vitality and on ranges where scope is needed it sucks. on range where scope is not needed normal stg44 is better.
