It’s irrelevant anyway, since I’m shooting at a group of soldiers with a machine gun. When I’m shooting at 20 soldiers at 50 meters, 0.10 more accuracy is irrelevant.
i wouldnt call 20 shots outside of inner circle vs 5 shots irrelevant. in one case you have 80% accuracy in other you have 95% accuracy if you aim dead center. not to mention you get whole other accuracy if you aim it slightly off center
I am not shooting at a circle but at groups of soldiers.
You sure must be a lucky guy, consistently finding groups of 20 soldiers crossing in the open at 50m right at the time you’re using a machine gun.
I can find them. And they don’t have to be 20, but there can be 7. It doesn’t change the point.
i dont see this argument having anything to do with accuracy/dispersion. you can shoot at whatever you will always get random shot inside that circle cause of dispersion. you will be as inaccurate with shooting a soldier as you would be at shooting a circle, if not more cause i doubt you are always shooting perfectly at center of every soldier.
but maybe again i am wrong cause you play on playstation so maybe aim assist helps?
I am not shooting at a soldier, but at a group of soldiers. If I wanted to shoot a soldier, I’d take a rifle. I walk around the map looking for groups of soldiers. That’s why I play machine gun.
this sounds so dumb that i am dumbfounded.
On one side I have one soldier who does not threaten me in any way. On the other hand, I have a group of soldiers. I’m holding a machine gun in my hand. Who do I shoot at?
-Said soldier goes flanking undisturbed, eventually building a rally point in a key position, then proceeds to set up his own killzone and mows down 30 enemies-
There are many soldier classes in the game and you are not alone in any game. For example, there are snipers in the game, which are looking for valuable targets such as engineers, radio operators, etc. Then there are the assauters. These guys are tasked with taking the point. Then there are the riflemen. The role of these people is support. Then there’s the machine gun. His task is to search for groups of soldiers and shoot at them.
And finally, he will rise on a flying carpet and make a nuclear attack on us.
i am interested in technique of shooting a group of soldiers without aiming at a soldier… do you aim between them? above? under?
I’m only partially kidding.
Still, I don’t see why the accuracy of an MG should be measured in terms of mass shooting alone, disregarding the “sniping” ability. That’s just as important.
Because that’s what snipers and rifles are supposed to do. Not machine guns.
This is of course my take on the game. Someone else may have a different opinion on this.
