There were quite a few complains about this “dark magic” blood behaviour, now I don’t see any of it.
Maybe they caused the decrease of gore? “We don’t have time to fix it so remove it” kind of thing.
Now, I’m not asking for previous ammount of gore because I guess there was a reason to decrease it. But could we increase gore just a bit?
Like I’ve said, remaining in one piece after explosion that can ohk tank is a bit unusual.
I have noticed less, since this post, below, and also due to, i am not driving tanks atm as much, as i use to too, and shooting at point blank range.
Hardly seem to notice it, on inf anymore, either, when in battle etc, no parts flying past ur face sort of moments, either
This situation reminds me about weapon malfunctions in a way.
In CBT there were complains about it. Then in OBT complains suddenly stopped and nobody wondered why. After a while we realised that devs simply removed it without letting us note via patch notes.
Similar thing happened also to inertia and I guess movement animations from the very early stages of the game but I wasn’t there so I can’t say for sure.
I wish they continued working on it as I’m really fed up by those bunny-hoppers, sprinters that change direction twice in a second, instant prone/stand transitions. It kills the authenticity and also favors full auto weapons as it is often very hard to hit targets with bolt action rifles if you cannot anticipate their movement. I also noticed that prone/sprint transition feels broken as it basically teleports the soldier ahead.
Needs more GUTS AND BLOOD YES !!! Its a fkin WAR game. I was reading some people want less gore , soft little ponies of homo parents. DUDE WAR IS WAR !!! YES LETS GET MORE ANIMATION !!! BLOOD !!!
I see less blood too. I use to shoot dead bodies and blood would splat. No its just dirt. All the soft Christian kids are playing and ruining the game complaining.
I remember seeing a scene after a bomb wiped out a whole squad of blokes, a crater with pieces of people scattered around. It was cool how nasty it was.
