I keep getting kicked from servers for being AFK because I’ll go get a refreshment when the squad starts match making and the 3 minutes I take is long enough for the boot. Or just now I got kicked near the end of the match because I alt-tabbed for a few minutes to forward a port on my router for my roommates Rimworld server.
The current AFK time is too aggressive.

If you click on an died/unavailable squad (e.g: Tank/Aircraft at the begining) on the squad selection screen while you in the battle, you can AFK till the next thousands of years, it won’t kick you out.
If you select a squad and you spawned already on the battlefield, the timer is ticking and you have around 4-5 min til you are kicked out from the battle.
