While testing some snipers I found out that the sniper fg42, stg 44 and gewher 43 (all share same scope) don’t have the same zoom.
For example the gewher 43 and stg44 have the same zoom but the fg42 has slightly higher zoom.

My suggestion: variable zoom, the prompt would be the same as the at rangfinder but it would instead change the scopes zoom.
The same goes for the PU scopes on the Mosin and the SVTs. They’re the exact same scope and they don’t even have variable magnification, yet the Mosin appears to have much more zoom than the SVT.

I’m sure that this was done purposely as typical brainless way to nerf semi-auto snipers, like what was done to semi-auto having the same ammo compared to manual rifles, but have twice less dmg.
They think that semi-autos should be able to zoom better only in IV-V BRs and not in BRIII…
Semi-autos should just have the correct zoom across the board. They already do half the damage and are less accurate, there’s no need to artificially nerf them by making their scopes worse, especially when there’s a BR system in place exactly for the reason of separating players with low tier weapons from high tier weapons. It just makes semi-auto snipers worse in all the ways that are most important for a sniper rifle.
