Incentive for building rally points

there needs to be more incentive for building rally points. currently people rarely build rally points despite their key role in winning games. idk how to make them worth building but maybe 100 score for each squad that spawns at one. losing games only because no one built a rally point the entire game is not fun. it would also help the teamwork aspect if more people bring engineers to help their team

also please let us replace rally points. currently in gamemodes like invasion you have to go to the old rally point and destroy it before placing a new one closer to the next objective. just let us build a new one and automatically self destruct the old one

Apparently you already receive points when someone spawns in the rally

There is also issue with the Invasion mode regarding rally points.
Problem:
When opponents are close to capping one point people started creating rally points super close to the next deff point and that puts the deff team in a bigger advantage of being able to spawn almost on top of the next deff point.
