It seems that there is a bug where when tank members are equipped with both remote TNT and maintenance tools, they cannot repair the tank from the outside. At present, I am unable to provide video evidence independently, but I did encounter this issue during the game and hope that the authorities can pay attention to it. @Euthymia07

Happened to me too, very strange and somewhat annoying too yo find out in heat of battle

it says no materials now wtf is going on ???
Russians have auto grenade Launcher you build it refuses to fire any one had that issue as well
have you tried turning it off then back on.
