New additions to make controller that much better
Acceleration and deceleration for the motion aiming: the ability to enable one, the other, or both. Sub options for this being threshold and multiplier. Be sure to have duplicates for vertical and horizontal aim
L2 and R2 hard press and light press option: specific button setup option for certain actions to be taken depending on much you press the L2 and R2 buttons with sub options to set the threshold of each (applicable to Xbox as well)
Touchpad integration: directional swipes as binding options would be a really welcome addition

To be more clear on deceleration and acceleration; treat it like how one would with mouse aim
I dont use any console equipment at all, however these at least sound reasonable and sensible additions.
One aspect that really peeves me as a player is that there’s a variable zoom aspect to aiming. The issue with it is there’s a very specific default interaction with the controller implementation to use it (quick tap to toggle low zoom, tap again to get out of it, and press and hold to full zoom). It makes for a quite clunky feeling that could be done fast and more understandably
The other options I suggest with motion aiming are to make it more flexible and responsive for better all around usage
