A simple one really, be nice if i could actually see my sight reticle and i dont mean the mouse aim cursor

Some planes don’t have reticles (German A-20 in Stalin, for example). P-38 definitely should, though.
well, it does exist but it is really faint
Yes, I think all planes had visible gunsights, even in the sun… hope the devs adjust them all.
