Improve premium pilot's perks or let us switch the pilot

The last time I complained about this, I was advised to make a suggestion.
Here it is, finally…

Several premium planes have pilots with too low perk points available for their BR.

Tempest MK V (BR 5 fighter)

This is a BR 5 fighter pilot but he cant even get the headshaking perk or the enemy plane detection.
A simple fighter pilot 2 can have those, so the premium pilot is only level 1:

Fw 190 D-9 (BR 5 fighter) (exact same problem)

This is also a BR 5 fighter pilot but he also cant even get the headshaking perk or the enemy plane detection.

Conclusion: these BR 5 fighters have fighter pilot 1 perk points → should be fighter pilot 3
Suggestion: improve the perk points OR let us change the lousy premium pilots for better ones.

Just for fun I will add this:

Yak-9K (BR 3 fighter)

It is only BR 3 but the pilot does has enough perk points…much better than the BR 5 pilots!

(In the selection menu this is a fighter, but it has an attacker pilot and in game it is an attacker plane what a mess)

are those perk selection the best ones for planes?

I’m not sure but my pilots dont blackout much and when they do, it’s not for long.
None of them have the negative/positive overload perk because then they cant have the perks for extra flight stamina and control loss after blackout.
Only fighter pilot 3 can have all 3 bottom top perks + 1 point to spend on flight stamina or control loss.
So my pilots have the second best option (imho), looks like this:

(my pilots go down with the plane, so no need for infantry perks)

BTW my suggestion concerns all planes/pilots, not only the ones I mentioned.

Yeah pretty sad thay you pay 5k gold for the Tempest, you support the game and in return they give you semiblind pilot…
