As per the attached image, you can find names so obviously disgusting and racist it affects gameplay. Presumably this is against the TOS, yet most games I’ve played wouldn’t allow the creation of such statements in the first place.

Chinese names trigger me, because i don’t know what they mean. They can be super nice or super racist. So I’m triggered by that.

In regards to the opposing views - If you guys are of the opinion that you should be free to spout hate-filled comments or game names, well I do support that position if ‘freedom’ is your internal compass and not ‘hate’ or some phobia or something. Please do consider which of these apply to you based on what you wrote. If you are just hateful for the sake of it, then I no longer have tolerance for you or your position.
Some of you say, ‘imagine you are triggered by [central concerns of mine minimized by political-sounding talking points’]; indeed, it did impact my gameplay from its norm. Maybe ‘irl’ I’d be the first to die in battle, eh. That said, I do feel (despite being a wargame - I acknowledge the irony) that I am being more socially empathetic than is reflected in many replies here. I matters not to me your opinion if you feel machismo is king and empathy is weak - it has no value anywhere.

I guess I will wait to see before complain/panic about the outcome. Indeed the possibility of losing progress bothers me - but I appreciate a game that develops. Of course I don’t want the game to turn into a WoT money-mill, and I am indeed rather happy with the game.
