For me the thing AT rifles need the most(at least the PTRD) is shrapnel and accuracy
With the 5 man crews, slow rof and so much empty space its very hard to kill german tanks
And the most common ones i see( pz 4s) have unpennable hulls, meaning ammoracking isnt an option
