Well… we fixed a lot of bugs in update that will be soon, you could check a preliminary patchnote:

Weapons and soldiers Increased the rate of fire of the Japanese Type 97 sniper rifle from 42 to 49 and the Type 99 sniper rifle from 48 to 52 shots per minute.
