Imperial Japanese Army?

and I still despise that development.

I would rather see Enlisted go back in time, but it probably won’t.

why not both? war of the roses campaign when

I was thinking more Russo-Japanese war. That’s where the Madsen first saw combat, and assets could be flipped for it, like the mosin and the nagant revolver.

Give Japanese assaulter Katana instead of SMG sounds interesting.
Assaulting while wielding bayonets and Katanas fits the image of the Japanese army perfectly.
That seems to be more in line with historical facts than simply giving them SMG.

Okay buddy, you just made an enemy of the older war campaigns, campaign as well as the modern war campaigns, campaign. >:(

I have two reasons why I want the Battles of Khalkhin Gol:

  1. Uniqueness - There is no FPS game having Khalkhin Gol map. Famous battlefields like Iwo-tou(Iwo jima was named by the U.S. ) or Peleliu has been playable on BFV or Rising Storm. Probably I’m tired of playing battles against the U.S. army. I also prefer vs. Commonwealth or vs. China.
  2. Implementation Cost - Gaijin has Khalkhin Gol map on War Thunder. It means they have assets for it as Shanghai_Shrek pointed out.

P.S. Let me purchase a premium Mongolian horse squad or naming rights for soldiers(I’ll build a Sumo fighters squad haha) :joy:

    1. Odachi (katana but smaller)

大太刀? It must be bigger ones. Smaller ones are Kodachi (小太刀). FYI: 大(big) 小(small)

Now that you explained it… I have to agree with you

On Khalkhin Gol, both Soviets and Japanese had tanks of similar strength so it’s probably easier to balance it

Oow yeah, i see" i thought it was smaller hehe

Except none of those assets are detailed enough for Enlisted.

I meant they could reuse a lot of existing Enlisted assets for it. Being an air-only map, I don’t think anything is reusable from War Thunder apart from more tanks.

Could also see the Type 94 vs the T-38 or T-37 for a tankette fight. Not that they can pen eachother.

The type 94 is overlooked alot for how widespread it was just because it’s a tankette.

I love how type 94 looks like. It’s like a baby tank

Only 900 were produced. I wouldn’t call it ‘‘widespread’’

For Japanese tanks, that’s not a terrible amount xd

yeah lol

Japanese were the strongest in water…but the weakest on land

If you see any Japanese war footage with tanks, the Type 94 is almost always in it.

I don’t think they would fake quantities of those for propaganda, that’s what the Ro Go was for.

honestly most pictures have the Ha-Go tank in it

Except this one…
