well, if you get gold olders ( from dailyās chest ) i suggest you to use them for gold order weapons, ( g43 kurtz, thatās probably the first that i suggest you to get. )
regarding vehicles, only the one that you like, but remember that you will have to unlock the base squad first ( such as the PZ IV H, Tiger/panther ) ( which if you click on it, it tells you if requires something, or not )
since you do not have premium battlepass, i highly suggest you to save soldiers and recycle the veterans that you got across squads.
same goes for equipment.
( what i mean by this is, once you get new squads, they always come with new soldiers and " free " equipment. so first of all, select those soldiers, and remove all the grenades and medkits that they comes with. and if you are done with a squad because you have fully upgraded it/ grind it, i suggest you to keep those soldiers with yellow stars and put them in the squad that you will grind next, so bots will be a bit more perfomant and you keep to use soldiers that already perks. and replace them with new soldiers. although you will need to replace your experienced units with newer ones ( through logistics, you can buy new soldiers with silvers )
doing this, which itās called recycling soldiers on others squads, you will save up alot of time, and your soldiers will basically remain " efficent " instead of having to use soldiers with 0 stars.
although, as i said, you will need new soldiers to replace the ones that you removed ( because of a stupid game mechanic that requires you to at least have the least number of soldiers inside that squad even though you will leave them behind in the dust because you donāt need them anymore )
but aside from that, you can also save up bronze weapons tickets as every new squad comes with a variety of equipment which you can later on use those tickets that you would have spended on those grenades into something else ( such as small pouches ammo, those are really convenient for automatic weapons, and g43s. weather bolt actions usually give them grenade pouches since 25 bullets are enough to kill people and if i run out of ammo, pick up enemy weapons. but thatās up to your playstyle. )
unironically, gold order weapons ( which has alot of protype weapons are most of the time a good booster for starting a campaign. and some of them, can even be used at end tier campaign. )
such as the erma 44, g43 kurtz, and the silenced erma ( although this one last has alot of recoil ). personally my favorites and i still use them also in berlin ( which you can transfer them over, but i used to use them alot on normandy ).
but, point that i was making is, battlepass is good, because if you finished it, you get your gold back and can choose for soldiers, fully upgraded tanks, xp boosters and customization tickets. which are very helpful towards your grind and neat because you get new stuff.
but of course, you donāt need it, you can do without it as well. so this one itās up to you as well.

Itās merely because itās well know in this forum that Iām Canadian. The stereotypical Canadian is to be a polite goody two shoes, they say āsorryā at everything.
A good Canadian would not use meta like smgs only.
I donāt, but not because the Canadian thing, just that only using smgs and nothing else is exceptionally boringā¦
If you want to follow the meta assaulters. Bring as much as you can.
I wonder when veteran perks I will regret not upgrading level 3 soldiers now instead of ācheaperā now level 1s and 2.s.
I wonder if veteran perks on level 3 will be trully better and now we have the chance to make a nice line up and we are wasting time on level 1 /2 troopersā¦
well for us, itās not really much of a difference.
because with BP we get more silver orders and also the green cards to give levels to soldiers ( i already have 40 of them, dunno if you use them or not, but i have. so if you didnāt, you will most likely have at least 80 of those.
which itās not an huge issue for us.
for him on the other side, i donāt think, he needs them yet. ( like us tbh )
because for now, the thing he should be worrying about, is forming some good squads that are stable.
bots of type III or II act the same way of I, the only thing that changes, are start perks and the ability of which perks he uses.
but as i said, for starter, type 1 soldiers do the job well.
once he finished to max out all his soldiers, then he can think about upgrading to type II / III or even veteran.
to be honest, i donāt think weāll see veterans any time soon.
but, i could be wrong.
beside, itās more of a gamble as we know nothing about it.

You still belive at veteran perk and weapon? Its highly probably those thing are discontinued, and dont suprise me see them removed from the upgrade UI

man, in this game you need to face one thing, Bolt action rifles for real men, in any other case save silver orders because when you unlock semi auto equip everboby whit then.
try use a structure that allow has much Gunners and Assaulters. Sniper are nice troops has well. if you like a scope.
