Nope, no thanks, leave the good bois alone. When this came up on another thread recently, someone also pointed out that the Soviets abandoned the idea because the dogs had an equal tendency to dive under friendly tanks.

I can see them ignoring the weight by making it an engineer construct, an you’re right, excluding the cable isn’t outside the suspension of disbelief the game already expects, but it would still be a bitch to use effectively. No camera means you have to watch it as it goes, risking getting domed while you drive. That sounds like it would be basically balanced, but can you imagine the outcry from people who died to them?

The outcry may not be often as this thing is slow moving and who ever is controlling it is vulnerable. So it def would not be OP. But a very fun toy for axis to use while not being too much of a pain in the ass for Allies to deal with :sunglasses:
