It’s how those planes behave. I did nothing except throttle and mouse aiming.
Fw 190 is dangerous only if you didn’t notice it and you let it get behind you. If you know about its existence, it’s dead.
yeah the lighter planes does wobble with the wind 
especially at high speed the wind can even cut your turns making the plane struggle which i like alot in this game
Fw is heavier than Bf (3050 vs 2250 according to wiki).
There is no reason for this plane to behave in this way as far as I know.

meh think we did it many times before to but you got a point ^^ its interesting though to bring such things up for future debate for sure. Like said personally i think the German Attack plane is also bit to agile to, but it has lesser armor and 2 engines

Does dropping your ordinance make a difference when flying really?
yes (or so ive noticed), i usually drop them when going in to an dogfight i need to stay agile in. But theres times you can use the good ol bomb trick to the ground if you are being tailed. Managed to save my Stuka once doing that ^^
