So now im here again dear players of enlisted. But this is a thing that needs to be adressed.
Ive bought myself an wonderful top upgraded BF109 F2 and oboy shes an Beauty that purrs like an flying jaguar in the sky. How ever i also realized that an IL2 with all their glorious armor manage to follow me straight up in the sky and barely loose energy, but not only that. When i realized this i started to flat out and cork screw climbing sideways to see if that tank of a plane could follow and behold it could. Quite steep to without barely loosing any energy!
So heres another vid how much this plane can tank due to its agility, gliding capabillity and engine power it seems. This one had allready been hammered by 200 rounds of 15mm along with all my 600 rounds of 7mm sprayed all along its wings, in to its engine and tail. This also with help from ma flying budy mr Stuka who also had peppered this titan of a plane. This is the second run at him after i had to reload
This time i got lucky and hit the pilot but still had emptied all my 15mm. But sure this second time i missed couple of times but still. If that plane would have shot the Stuka he would have instantly critted him just with 2-3 shots which also implies on my plane. Now imagine this on an balanced scale since even the BF110 i think its called cant tank that much asw as this plane can and still perform like almost an fighter even after been hammered at its vital parts with 15 or 20mm
Either nerf the armor or i would say nerf its flying capability for christ sake. I can live with its armor even if its pure BS at lvl 7 or at all
Sure sometimes it can go down quite fast (which means a full mag)…But sometimes its just ludicrously armored along with flying capability even when its smooking and been hammered in to both wings and tail

if you shoot center mass every plane can sustain that type of damage (in enlisted)

not my planes. They just scratch them from quite a distance and they are barely able to fly. And im talking about 2-3 bullets scratch. Heck i even got one shotted by an Il 2 once from around 1k meter behind me and my wing went kaputt and couldn’t perform at all.
I can buy the sensitivity from the fighter but i cant buy IL2s performance with all its glorious titanium armor especially since im a friend and caregiver of the Stuka foundation

i sustained that type of damage in p47, p38, stuka, il2, bf109 and ju 188 all could more or less still fly.
that is extremely rare and can be do it only with the 20/37 mm

Then we must have different planes cuz they can just sneeze at me and im in danger…Heck even from the biplane with 4x 7mm to add and no cannon
Unrelated tip.
You overshot him twice in the video because you were going to fast. If you slowed down i bit you might have been able to just stay on him, then you would not need to turn around for such a long time for another attack

yeah thats def not how it looks for me in an Stuka during an session in dogfight with such situation. My plane would been done quicker then 2 seconds. Sometimes i get lucky but its when i manage to dodge them with very few scratches

Currently, the 12.7mm M2 browning is the only gun in the game able to put down another plane in a reasonable amount of time, even the mk108s on the bf110 are inadequate despite the fact a single hit should rip a plane in half.

How i kill IL2:
The tye BF109F1, fly close to him when he is resuplying and unleash the 20mm into him. I often wven have landing flaps to not fly by him.
yeah that looked to good to be true even if that plane did miss a lot ^^ me to at times depending on the situation. But when youre close to the objective at times you need to be fast since i heard some AA when i first attacked him. Was not sure if it was friendly or enemy but im not sticking around for chances cuz ive learned that lesson before xD
The engine was fine and nothing serious was hitted
