Does this only seem to me or the bombs on Il-2 (1941) aren´t really working?

I haven’t noticed it on the IL-2,but I’ve seen a lot of other planes where the bombs don’t really work either,mostly the Potez.

Same for premium FW190 or Ju188. Their bombs are now way less effective than I remember them to be.

It is my favorite plane I kept using since earning it in Battle of Moscow campaign, and as someone who considers it the best thing to get to the top of scoreboard with, I can only say that those bombs are working but you have to be bit precise while dropping them as they are quite small comparing to what bombers have for example. And yeah I do use it in Br V
But obv I cant be 100% sure about your case as I use the camo version of it that isnt avaiable anymore, and maybe the original tech tree plane received a nerf only due to an oversight. I guess I will have to look into it because I never really had any problems there

Every time I pass, I do 650-750 points. If I hit a tank, it’s 800-900 easy.
Its why I use the SU-2 personally, I can just lineup a nice row and carpet that line
IL-2 1941 has small 50 kg bombs so one needs to be very accurate with dropping
I am saying that because even 1 month earlier I didn´t even need to think about aiming the bombs. Every drop( all bombs) was 5-10 kills.
Now, even with DIRECT HIT i don´t do anything.
kinda doubt that. unless you teamed up with a spotter.
did you check on replay what you actually hit and if there were enemies close by?

An annoying Il-2 was hunting me. As I couldnt defend myself (gunners are like nothing) I did my last passage over the enemy. With no hits in tanks, I got this. Ju 188 is a beast.

Heaven forbid they supplement any of their anecdotal experience with any real evidence.
my favorite are cheater accusations. i have seen dozens of topics where people are accusing others of cheating and in at least half of them “cheater” plays worse than bot.
