Even if you didn’t purchase it you can still use the same piece of customization which was present in multiple campaigns. The game would just auto update it or something. But now with a recent bug this is not the case anymore. Not only this but even your customized soldier faces are not visible while you are in-game.
The customized head bug is very annoying, i absolutely hate some of those faces and now i cant use the faces i bought bc they dont show up anymore lol.

It was like this before. But devs considered it bug and fixed it.

The customization system needs to be fixed big time. This includes all the bugs as well as the present system itself. I don’t know why they are not paying attention to this before the Steam release. Might be a manpower issue since they are a really small team. But they will potentially lose out on a lot of money if this doesn’t gets fixed. Especially when you look at the revenue models of some of the games which have succeeded a lot in this regard.

Indeed it does, but i have faith they will. They are a small team but i only see them going up from here.
I really wish they would take a look at customization and fix the head bugs and uniform swapping. For me thats the glaring issue and it should be addressed once and for all.
