If tank is stationary with last 2 crew alive and the driver is idle can we replace driver with loader as priority?

For example i am sitting with my tank at some spot and if i have only 2 last crew in the tank the driver is not really needed if i am not moving so can he switch to loading? so we don’t get loading penalty
i think this can be easy to do

If they do implement this I’d prefer to have a toggle option. I personally prefer to stay mobile over have most efficient reload, not being able to maneuver on a moments notice would get me killed often

Squad command like the current active/passive and close/wide system.

Or let the gunner switch to loader spot so he reloads then he switches back for gun.

Or just increase reload speed when you aren’t moving the gun or shooting MG
