If I reach my engineer building limit, can I switch to another engineer and build more?
no.
reach limit are global based on the player.
you can’t build anything passed the limit except rally points and amonution boxes.
although, when you build a new rally, the last one will get destroyed.
and for the boxes case, the first one that you’ve built, is gonna get destroyed in order to allow you to build a new one.

But for example , if u have two engineers, you can only have 3 ammo boxes active regardless of which engineer you use to build any of those. Then when one of the ammo boxes depletes you can build another with any engineer.
So you can only have three full ammo boxes active at any time, but between the two engineers the cumulative total is doubled.
This is relevant when you have a mortar team that eats ammo really quick.
Ok I noticed that with 1 engineer after 3 ammo boxes I place down, I can destroy 1 and rebuild 1 more.
And now with 2 engineers, you are saying we can build more than that?
Moreover, I have noticed that sometimes seems like I am getting more ammo from them and at times just less. Did you find that out too or I am just immagining it?
When you build box number 4, box number 1 gets destroyed so make sure its empty.
Some weapons will consume box faster than others. For example, mortar will consume box faster than machine guns and machine guns consume ammo box faster than rifles. So it depends on the weapon.
Each engineer can only build a total of 5 ammo boxes so I was saying that two engineers will give you twice that much.
