If I have we-mod installed for use with other games, will this get me in trouble with Enlisted?

I play Ships at Sea, and some single player games. In ships at sea the last update broke my savegame so I used We mod to adjust currency for a new save. I have edited that save. Do I need to completly remove we mod and clean my REG files before I play this?
