Basically all these rankings represent the time &effort you have put in this game.
The only reward associated is just a special soldier which means almost nothing.
So my idea is that devs should make a shop so that people could use these ranking scores to purchase some resources : bronze and silver orders, boosters or even gold orders & skinned weapons.

Something would be better than back completely useless reward that we got, I’m not particularly fond of Normandie so getting a US soldier for the campaign I basically avoided all costs was useless for me.
I would’ve preferred a gold order so that I could’ve bought whatever I wanted to for whatever campaign I wanted it to be used in.
So yeah something like you’re proposing would be I think better for everybody because then they could have more incentive or be able to get more out of it.

Rank system is fully useless right now, I don’t think anyone ever need a 5 star infantry in one side of the one campaign.
I’m sure they regret adding the rank a week after the update and that’s why they gave us most useless thing in the game xD
I think that they should be just removed
It’s not a bad thing to give players reward base on this rank system (everyone can get marshal right now if they play long enough and it’s not changing the game to something that competitive or something toxic ).

As everything, stuff take time.
Imho they should take their time on other issues. Having the basis on everything first isn’t a wrong way of doing a business then expanding it in the far future.
ADD content, and latter improve it.
On the other hand, I would open my wallet for silver and bronze packs.
Took like 1 week to get to marshal. Isn’t even hard.

I don’t know. I played them all as I usually do everyday.
Maybe a seasonal ( Battle Pass length lasting ) shop where people could buy stuff with their points and where stuff unlocks for purchase the more you advance in rank.

1 week for marshal rank how ?
I work 5 days a week for a normal worker it’s not that easy!! ;D
some friends took it in less than 1 day. most in 48h.
i do work 6 days a week, even tho i have an amazing work i can have my computer on my side and play or surf the web when the pc is busy processing my work. so i guess i have alot of free time daily 
theres a person taking care of my house daily, so i can relax when i get home and virtually do nothing xD
i m not that far off. and i left “alot” of conquests or defence matches on fortfied district in moscow campaign. hate that shit.
my advice to you, dont get married. shit hits the fan fast regarding social life. on the other hand, you see you dont need hundreds of contacts or go out as much .
some of my friends i play daily / most times have over 1000 marshal points.
