Idea on weapon upgrades

On some weapons imo, it’s not ideal to have a rof boost at the 5 start mark. Perhaps make it a choice to rather have the rpm boost or replace that with a stability boost.

Maybe it’s time to add weapon mods as suggested by the old weapon skill tree.
