This is what it looks like now, and it really sucks if you’re a German player. The grind to get the German unlock is insanely long (I quit after getting the US one).
What if we earned {Event Tokens} for each step that unlocks a squad? Each squad could cost one {Event Token}, so players can prioritize and unlock the squads that matter most to them. To keep things fair, the tokens would expire after each event, so we can’t hoard them for future events.

Especially since it’s been that way before. But they changed it for the worse.
