The idea is to show a city under construction or repair, buildings going up or being torn down.
Steel beams and girders with piles of building materials and cranes ready to go back to work when the battle has moved on.
Subways and trains being worked on, exposed underground tunnels,
Bridges half finished or with holes blown in it and covered over
maybe even a ship or two being built or repaired.

The idea is to create an alternative urban environment outside city and city destroyed by war. It would be fun to fight through something besides blown up and whole buildings. There would also be countless things to use for cover, stacks of bricks, cement bags, i-beams, construction vehicles and to many more to count.

course i wouldn’t say no to driving construction vehicles, operating a crane or plowing over enemy soldiers with a steam roller, I would also enjoy a lot more underground tunnels popping up from the ground to mow down some enemy soldiers.
