It’s only for a certain army for a certain campaign. I think it’s German for Battle of Moscow if I’m remembering correctly

Wait let me explain better ! I used those green things with scissors XD Appearance ! And I dressed my dogs in brown camouflage with green spots ! OK ? But in battle they are white or green ! So what did I win them to do these APPARENCES if I can’t use them ? I really think some fool hacked my profile !

Oh, that’s for a very specific campaign. Sounds like you bought something for the Normandy or Tunisia Campaign and then ended up in the Eastern Front. You have to do every campaign individually
