I won a vehicle in the boxes, and the game didn't deliver it to me!

I just bought 3 boxes of silver, and I won a German FW plane, I’m running to the squadrons and I can’t find the vehicle, the game simply DISAPPEARED with my prize!
No way, the game updates about 3 times in less than 2 days, and it still has these bugs, I lost money and a vehicle!

You need Attacker Pilot III squad. Unlocked with BR 4 Me410 plane.
Don’t ask why a BR 1 plane stuck with it.
