I want to have 12 soldiers in infantry squad and 6 specialist

in the 12 soldiers in 6 specialist there will be an aggressor a sniper a doctor, an engineer and a machine gunner and 2 assaulter and so increasing the squad improvement levels there are 14 classes in the game would be more fun to be able to use them more often within the same squad.

The current restrictions make it so choices have more meaning, if squads could have all specialists than it would mean less strategy in your choices. (I think I understood what you mean)
