Their publishers are Russians, i mean couldnt they plant an server on the eastern part as well ? Of Russia that is 
I think the server in Asia will appear with the release of the Pacific or Asian campaign. “Chinese New Year” also hints at this. This should be done, since I really often meet Asian players in the game.
