I think we really need another twitch drop at this point

More skin weapons or gold skin

Or better yet some unique guns for that.

No, keep the shiny stuff out of here. Many of us enjoy the game because there is not bright, shiny, vibrant skins on things.

If any skins are to be brought in, perhaps a ghillie wrap of some kind or something.

We need decent twitch streamers first. Not the ones who are just trying to manipulate with whole community to only promote change for their personal benefits.

Or we’ll end up just facing irrational nerfs 24/7 and super angry toxic community

Okay

Handguns are not very practical in this game. It is rarely useful, such as when you run out of ammo in extremely close combat, but it is a rare situation.
Fighting with a handgun against someone who is pointing a rifle or SMG at you… a semi-automatic pistol is still good, but it is extremely difficult to survive with a revolver. If you want to improve your soldier’s fighting ability, you might as well buy a new rifle or explosives, pouches, etc. at the cost of buying a handgun…
But I like it there and feel it is grounded in reality. I carry it on the hip of the first one in my unit (in my head he is the junior officer).

Sorry, I’m getting ahead of myself.
I really like the redistributed M1911. A very nice item to adorn the waist of a non-commissioned officer. I like the fact that it is usually holstered so it doesn’t spoil the battlefield scene with its shiny appearance and is quietly stylish.

A non-commissioned officer’s pistol may not be a government-issued one, but a personal one.
As far as I know, many NCOs in the Japanese army brought their personal swords and pistols to the battlefield. Interestingly, most of them were American or British pistols, which were the enemy at the time. Japan lagged behind the West in the development of handguns, so highly educated officers wanted Western handguns for self-defense and to show off their status. They acquired them before WW2 began, including importing them privately.
Kuribayashi, who commanded the defense of Iwo Jima, is known to have had a shiny nickel-plated M1911, which was a gift from an American when he was studying in the US, and he carried it with him during the Battle of Iwo Jima.

So the shiny pistol does not detract from the reality of the game. I want more of it.
For example, this…

Also, ghillie-wrapped weapons are a good idea. It should have almost the same performance as the gun it is based on. I want more special skin weapons that don’t ruin the atmosphere of the battlefield.

We have some already. A couple of sniper rifles (a Mosin and a Kar) in Moscow, right from a Twitch drop.

And they do. EXACTLY the same, as they should.

I thought they have old prebuff stats since devs forgot about them.

OOF moment then

Yes we have that it’s about time we have another twitch drop

I find them extremely useful!
Happens at least 10 times every game for me.

You seem to be fighting quite aggressively.

For me, the pistol is a last resort when my main gun is not available, but I fight carefully and place ammo crate and refill it often, so there are not many situations when my main gun is not available.
That is why I am very impressed when it is useful. I like that.

Lol.
I guess.

Bots are so clueless anyway so instead of reloading my main weapon i reach for my pistol, firing it and keep reloading that instead til I’m done and ready to move on.

The Nickel Plated 1911 is a different thing though. That actually existed. Plus its really not that flashy.

I just don’t want it to turn into PUBG where it looks like a circus on the battlefield.

They have given us in last drops wrapped snipers and platinium/nickel/gold plated pistols wich i think are fine.

In addition to weapons, the possibility of having vehicles could be added.
To be precise, vehicles that are too similar to existing ones or with limited or niche capabilities that may not find a suitable position in the progression system.
So you could add content without clogging up the progression system too much as happened to WT

I suggested something a while ago

I really liked the twitch events. Some really skilled dudes outside. Some of them even did some Q&A with viewers. I had the impression, a lot of “newer” players got a lot of information about Enlisted.
