Sniper MKb42 needs to stay at BR5 unless they make its ROF match the regular Mkb42

Mbh 42 should definetely be at BR IV, but because it’s earlier tech, to vary the weapon selection at different BR.
Just taking BR into account it does not warrant lower BR than the rest of ARs in current BR brackets.
BR is flawed and compressed and does not take into account year of service as in early or late tech, hence we end up with a mkb 42 which is only slight worse than StG 44 but still same BR.
It’s a waste of variation tbh

It’s still inferior to PPSh-41 box and BAR of BR3. And it has pathetic dmg when compared to BR2 mkb35 i sold all my mkbs as they are less than worthless even at BR4 they would be trash (Fedorov MG are there along with MG42 Early + Kiraly and mkb42(M))

devs don’t give a crap about balance, b-but it’s MG! no it’s not MG it’s assault rifle with small -30% mov penalty it has better recoil than Fedorov avtomat of BR5

As long as Kiraly is BR4, there’s no real reason for MKb to be BR5.
The question is whether weapons like kiraly or Soviet 71 drum SMGs should be BR4 or BR5.
I am not really fan of saying that there’s on point in existence of BR5 SMGs. That’s pure nonsense.

I think smg will be put br5 because of Lacking or missing of available weapon alternatives.
Mkb 42 to BR 4 along with the Horn Stg and the Stg 45 as they both have pathetic ROF for level five. Well, to be honest, their ROF would be pathetic in level three as well.

I have been thinking about this for a while, whenever I look at my weapon inventory I see mp43, mkb I just wonder, why would anyone pick one of those instead of the stg44, and then I go all over again on why is the tech tree still in this pity state or why is it taking so long to do actual good changes instead of randomly moving a Thompson to BR II or the Federov mg to br IV "this last one is not meaningful in my opinion since br iv is still br V kinda, but still, completely random.
