Basically they can’t and therefore they silence everyone who reminds them?
In my experiance i havent really had my posts removed when calling out the bullshit the devs do but even then I stay somewhat polite and dont really offer the mods a reason to silence my post for language reasons.
So if you just call out bullshit you can do that on the forum. Just dont expect anything more than beeing ignored by them.

I used to be very against them. But now I can agree with them. The community needs to be controlled. If this doesn’t happen, a noisy minority group ruins everything with spam and cry.
They’re not that bad either, If they were like this, I would have been banned many times in the past few months. XD

I have not been impressed with Gaijin’s business sense, which I have clearly noted on several forum replies, however, I have posted quite a bit of negative things about the Dev’s and have yet to have anything removed from the forum. I have been warned about forum standards by moderators, and had some comments removed by said moderators, but those were toward other forum members and not against the Dev’s or Gaijin.
I can’t speak for everyone, but the Dev’s and Gaijin themselves seem to have been very tolerant of my comments, so I give them a thumbs up on that. Of course, maybe I am not important enough for them to even read my comments. 
They sure never act on any of my suggestions, except one. That was to drop the Rider class to level one. 
Of course, my suggesting it might have had nothing to do with it. 
Well, in the case of this post, I just found out that the community tried to block it, and the staff reinstated it. 
Anyway, I know I’m on a tightrope, but that’s the only way you become relevant, that’s the only way revolts have an effect!
I just turned 61 in May, so I’m too old to care, and if I got booted from the forum it isn’t like I don’t have other things to do. They don’t listen to my suggestions anyway, so would it be a big loss?
