Darkflow, please let us do WW2 things in your “WW2” game already.
We need the option to choose a new soldier by nation, (and unlock new squads specific to Italy and so on). Unfortunately the only way to have Italian or British troops is to put them in an already British or Italian squad then pay with tickets or gold to edit their names and appearance.
I agree, I regret not buying a lot of Italian and British soldiers when I had the opportunity in Tunisia.
Britain and Italy should have the full family of basic squad types just like US and Germany. And we should be able to buy either faction class soldiers

People like you delayed the Merge, because you wanted Tiger II H / Fiat G.55 / Jumbo to use after that.
You want Italian soldiers, then you had enough time to play Tunisia back then.
Tunisia was botfarm an it was really unfun to play. You either steamrolled or got steamrolled
These are the ones that survived the merge, you can still get Italian engineers and gunners, but they are class 1. I wish Italian Assaulters 4 and Machine gunners 3 existed back then. That or that randoms stats were not a thing because i can’t stand how these guys had bad stats.
Also, some italian gold troops are glitched, they have the iron cross and German voice lines i reported it a few times, but they seem to ignore it.
I dont see why its so difficult for Nationalites to be linked to the “squad”, not the solider…
Buy a “generic” soldier, Insert in Italian squad, becomes Italian…insert in British squad becomes British…etc etc
The customisations are already linked to the squad, add the voices, a Nationality Random name generator and we good.
There is zero issue in game with allowing people to be able to buy these soldiers with silver in game. Why are you trying to put down people who didn’t play nor have the ability to play Tunis’s pre-merge? Why are new players not allowed to enjoy soldiers that some have and others do not? It’s not complicated nor does that slow-down the game or cause clashing issues.
fortunately I have been playing the game since day one and currently I have the entire Tunisian campaign (10 teams) 5 Italians and 5 Germans like with 40 Italians and 20 Germans being Italian I want to hear my language spoken in game I had fun selecting for the Italians appropriate armaments and for the Germans too. I saved the Tunisian campaign under the German faction via preset and now I can select it whenever I want, the Italians are classified br 5 but I can no longer play in Tunisia which is why I created a new br2 preset always 5 Italian teams and the same number of German ones to play Moscow and Tunisia my luck was to have old leveled teams put aside to be able to buy Italian soldiers so I put myself in the shoes of a new player who cannot buy Italian or English soldiers it must be frustrating damn there are only Germans I would go crazy a reason for the what game in this game is precisely the presence of Italian soldiers and vehicles the diversification attracts only German players people get bored
