I need help! Should the TE 4 have a rotating disk?

Recently, the developers fixed the discs for the PDM, DP 27, DT 29, Lewis machine guns and the PPD 29 submachine gun.

Before this is forgotten, I would like to recall the Japanese TE 4 machine gun. I was able to find such an excerpt about him on the Japanese Wikipedia:
“給弾方式は円盤型回転弾倉を使用し、使用弾薬は八九式旋回機関銃と同じ八九式普通実包(7.7×58 mmSR)”

“The ammunition used was a disk-shaped rotating magazine, and the ammunition used was the same as that used in the Type 89 swivel machine gun, the Type 89 standard cartridge (7.7 x 58 mmSR).”

Does anyone have a more reliable source? I would like to issue a bug report.

Managed to find the disk in disassembly, now it is clear which part of the disk should rotate. In design it resembles the disk DT 29. It remains to understand the direction of rotation of the disk.

Somehow this protrusion confuses me, there is a similar one on the DP and DT and it is from this side that the cartridges are fed, a weak argument, but I think if the TE 4 disc has this protrusion on the opposite side, then the movement of the magazine cover is counterclockwise (on the DP and DT it is clockwise).
