Please change the allied soldier marker. It’s very small and its light blue color is indistinguishable on light backgrounds. This increases the chance of friendly fire. Optionally, to avoid having to set a different default color (or size), the ability to customize it should be added.

I sometimes can’t see the indicator as well, however you don’t have to worry about friendly fire in Enlisted unless your playing in a custom match and they have friendly fire option on, or hardcore mode enabled I believe.
Yes, I play in custom matches and solo combat primarily. It’s really annoying because you get kicked from matches and can’t re-enter the few servers with other players.
Been there. The first custom match I played I got booted for killing to many of my own. The first two I couldn’t see the mark and they were quite a ways away, the rest were just guys who would run in front of me as I was shooting, so, not much I could do there. 
Would make it better if there were only two factions fight, like custom match D-Day were the soviets are there defending against Japanese and Americans. If it was just picking between being Germany or u.s. Friendly fire would most likely decrease
This would definitely be a good setting for accessibility, surprised it’s not ingame already
Yes, but I think the faction selection is a different matter and can actually be edited on custom servers. This would simply be an improvement to the HUD.
