Upon installation of Enlisted I played for days with 4 infantry slot choices to play with and a tank slot and a plane slot. Then while clicking on various menu items etc. it suddenly changed to having only 4 slots period and only 3 of them can be infantry.
Are you in a different campaign? they all campaigns and both the allies and axis level separately.
You got free premium time but now it expired and you can no longer use premium squad slots
