other people have legacy squad → use [p-47D-22-RE]
but new user don`t have legacy squad…
new user hope eqipement + legacy squad

P-47D-22-RE is used by the attacker 2 squad in the tech tree

Attacker 2 squad also uses P-47D-22-RE

so attacker 2 squad don`t use P-47D-22-RE
new user need 640Fighter squad
other people use 640Fighter squad → P-47D-22-RE, attacker 2 squad-> P-47D-28
