I Don’t Want to Quit Enlisted ... But After Switching from Xbox to PC, I am Losing Everything

Hello Enlisted Team and Community,

I’ve been a dedicated Enlisted player on Xbox for quite a while now. Over time, I’ve invested not only many hours of gameplay but also a considerable amount of money into premium content, squads, and progression.

Unfortunately, due to life circumstances, I will soon no longer have access to my Xbox. I contacted support hoping to transfer my progress or at least the content I purchased to a new PC account. However, I was told that this is not possible at the moment, and that there’s no clear plan for such a feature in the future.

I fully understand that Enlisted is not a cross-platform project. Still, I believe there should be some form of content preservation for loyal players who are simply switching platforms — especially when real money has been spent.

I’m not asking for live progress sync between platforms — just a way to retain paid purchases and current progress (premium squads, weapons, currency, etc.) when moving from one platform to another.

I kindly ask the developers and decision-makers to consider this issue seriously. I love the game and I don’t want to lose everything just because of a platform change.

If anyone else is in the same situation, I’d appreciate your support in this thread. Maybe together we can bring attention to this important need.

Thank you for reading.

Just following up in case this post was overlooked.

I understand there are limitations, but I’d really appreciate hearing from someone on the dev or community team — even a short response would help clarify the situation and show that this is being noticed.

Thanks again to those who reacted and read. I still hope for some consideration or solution for players facing this issue.

Unfortunately, as you mention, it is not possible at the moment. I also cannot say when it might be a possibility to do.

If you have contacted Support, that is the best thing to do to ask and enquire about your purchases too.

Thank you for your response — I truly appreciate you taking the time to engage.

To clarify, I’m not asking for full cross-platform sync or live progression between platforms. I understand that Enlisted wasn’t originally built for that, and I respect the technical boundaries involved.

However, what I — and likely many others — am asking for is a way to transfer both purchased content and in-game progress when permanently switching platforms. This isn’t about gaining an unfair advantage; it’s about preserving what I’ve already earned and paid for over time.

With over 20 years in the software industry, I know such a transfer is technically possible — even if not simple. It may require internal coordination or manual work, but it can be done when there is willingness and care for player experience.

Without this, I will sadly be forced to walk away from a game I’ve genuinely enjoyed and supported. Starting completely over, losing all time, money, and achievements, is not something I can reasonably be expected to do.

I hope the team considers this not just as a feature request, but as a matter of fairness and respect for loyal players. Thank you again for listening.

If I am correct just like War Thunder you can access your Xbox account on your PC you just have to go through a minute long sign-in through the website. Or you can easily access Enlisted by downloading it on the Xbox app. If you don’t understand what I’m saying I could maybe provide a video sometime.

Another thing is that I have had a similar problem where I wanted to buy a pre-order pack on War Thunder because there are no pre-order packs on the Xbox website or app so I made a new PC account and tried to transfer but I soon figured out I couldn’t, so, I would too like to ask that you could have Xbox accounts transfer to a PC Gaijin account.

Thank you for sharing this information , I really appreciate it!

When I first started this thread, it wasn’t possible to play Enlisted on PC using an Xbox account. That has now changed, and being able to access the game this way has made a big difference for me.

Also, I just noticed this was your first post on the forum, what a helpful way to make an entrance. Really glad you took the time to share it!
