We try to friend each other,but we can not accept the invitations,only reject and block.we have tried multiple times already and we have been unsuccesful.and the strange thing is I can accept everyone else’s requests,but not his.

There are some known issues with friends lists and adding people as a friend in-game, which are hopefully fixed soon.
My best advice would be to restart the game, as often I suddenly get friend requests to show up that I know were sent to me by doing this.
Another possible solution would be to make sure crossplay is ON if at least one of you plays on console.
