I am trying to make a custom hangar, how do I make a posable human model?

So I am trying to make a custom hangar, one of the backgrounds I plan on having some random soldiers standing around and moving boxes. But I can’t figure out how to get a model that I can pose or how to change the clothing, any help pls

i find it easier for “models” to pose and “change” clothes when i offer them money. :rofl:
