But only on the prisma that is broken. So if you ex shoot out the commanders prisma at the front he wont be able to see from his seat at the front until its repaired

so… breaking the sights should blind(ar at least greatly affect) vision of tanks?

Well we could make it only for commander and driver perhaps or else it would be to much of a nausea and nightmare for the repair kits to since ppl will abuse this at every cost with the AT rifle ^^ The gunner could get some major scratches, like its broken but you can still see thru it filled with shattering glass (and perhaps loose the green sight `? which shouldnt be there in the first place in my opinion, maybe only if your commander is still alive to)
But the prismas has to be blacked out though for this to happen. Red wont do it

You can use fire for that, works great
Yeah molotovs are really good against tanks ive noticed 
Also flamethrowers as you can blind a tank for like half an hour on 300 fuel
Smooke grenades works to and they have to move out of place ^^ Love to annoy them with my support teams
