With 100mm of penetration, it could work at BR 2 or BR 3 as an analogue to the M1 or M9 Bazooka.

Well its a copy of RPzB.43 Ofenrohr which has 200mm penetration with 88mm warhead.
The hungarian version has 60mm warhead. I doubt it would lose half of its penetration from going from 88mm to 60mm diameter warhead.
This is implying that the Hungarians had scaled down a Panzerschreck/Puppchen warhead, which they didn’t. Big difference between inferring performance due to warhead diameter comparisons, and just looking at source material, which I’ve happily provided. It isn’t primary source from, say, an archive, but it’s tangible.
Also, Panceltoro is not a Panzerschreck copy. It was independently developed at the Hungarian Haditechnikaiintezet, or “Institute of Military Technology”.
The real type 5 105mm is just the later version of Ho-Ri gun with different gun shield.
But the type 5 105mm in game is somehow longer than the 105 mm Experimental High Velocity cannon and has 1000m/s which is greater than 900m/s in real life.
Gun is not the only thing that determines the power lol. It is turretless plus mediocre armor is enough to put it on br4.
