Why some tanks can use the hull mg (Japan + some New tank) and the others can’t ?
They are modelised, they are here, at the good place. So what ?

Because they were not functionaly modeled at the time when they where imported from WT way back.
And since most old tanks have a coax having the hull mg was not worth the effort of editing the model yourself.
same as WT … mostly hull MG as “decorations” …
