How to quick shot someone with Carcano rifles

Any tips how to properly use Carcanos? More practice or they are really as bad and crappy precisity wise as I think? The problem is i can’t hit anything with them at CQC or at middle distances when zooming in quickly. Never have this problem with Kar98, VG, Manlicher and other rifles in other campaigns but Carcano is not the case. Even with allied Enfields & SMLE’s I can make precise body hits from 10 meter distance without even zooming in but aim for Carcanos (all models) are completely off.

It takes a little bit of practice with them.
The Mod 38 is amazing, get ROF perks for your troopers. You can reload fast, and just take some time and hit the practice range.
I wish I had a better answer, it took me a good half dozen games to get comfortable with them.

most BA rifles suffers from strange inaccuracy.

and also vitality perks and downed state. It should be one-hit-kill weapon to balance the bolting but if you can down enemies with first hit at best then you need at least 2 good hits.

Yep, that’s why i even started to prefer Anti Tank rifles for long range firefights. They don’t seem to get up after them, lol.

i prefer the M1891 I don’t like short BA

That one is good, I just like the higher ROF if it gets close.
Personally, thr best BA is thr M1895 but its not in Tunisia, which is a shame.

the kar98k and lee-enfield n4 steal the show but luckily the best bolt-action are the ones you like the most as they are very similar to each other

Can’t say I’ve ever had, or noticed, an issue with the Carcanos?
I routinely use M41s in my squads, with the scattering on Mod.38 (7.35mm)s

True enough. I use the Bolt Actions I love and I am decent enough with them.
Its why I always roll the ROF perk on my troops where possible.
