Play on off hours and weekdays
For example play around 9 to 5 on a Tuesday. All the sweats will be at work
Few days ago I picked first method, and I can confirm it’s 100% legit no scam no hoax working as intended. I recommend user wolfy706. 
Technically you could also play lone fighters. Non-infantry didn’t have much impact even before the changes and now people are also somewhat paranoid about using explosives. It’s especially true for the airplanes. Way too easy to get team kills, and then there’s no marker for where to rearm (lol). Truly amazing how much all this affects the game in terms of tactics and moment to moment gameplay.
I say “technically” because that game mode is still a mess and is overrun by bots. I suppose that means it’s a 24/7 stand-in for the second method. Just don’t expect to get any experience there. Personally I get 1.5-3K campaign experience per match (and I tend to be in top 3 of my team).
The cas is a problem only in invasion because they continue to hit the strategic point in conquest the problem is less present

The other thing to remember is the game is world wide - I’m in New Zealand, so UTC -12 hrs…
I figured out a better solution. I learned how to fly planes, then started using the fighter plane to shoot down the enemy attack planes.
Now, I am pretty good at it, and I find it to be a lot of fun.
This isnt a solution since 1) it doesnt stop the constant CAS spam regardless of how many you kill 2) even going after them they can easily do one bombing run before they die
Oh man, someone who has figured out that there is a way to kill planes instead of complaining on the forums?! What has this place come to.
If you only solution is to prevent all bombings, then yes, my solution will not work for you. 
Well you dont understand the issue with CAS in the first place so you cannot suggest a solution for starter 
One way to guarantee 25% less CAS s to fly a plane and do nothing with it.
Works 100% of the time at reducing CAS by 25% by numbers.
If you get in a P-47, A-20, Me-110 or Ju-188 then reduces actual explosives delivered by even more than 25%
Step 3 to guarantee 100% less CAS spam: Play Lone Fighter.
Seeing as there is friendly fire on in that mode, no one dares take the chance of dropping bombs with the kill zone being that wide, you’ll be team killing for weeks.
I’ve only seen one guy use a plane and he would just strafe very ineffectively with his cannons, I think he fired rockets once or twice, but one cant afford doing so because the splash damage is so high you’ll almost always team kill.
Team kill too much and you get the boot out the game.
I believe you are mistaken in assuming the sweats have jobs.
This! And when there is no more enemy planes, you always have a bonus suicide run to try to destroy some of enemies tanks - for teamplay! Then you find out, that you can do last attack more effectively by flying light bomber, not much of air2air capabilities lost. But sometimes there is no tanks, and you crash into some fortification - your are so good for your team! Once you spot tank at last moment after droping some of bombs, not much was wasted, so many cockroaches smashed. Next time being carefull: first safe drops, suicide later… much later after few… few dozens of rearms. Occasionlly there is some unskilled fighter tries to revenge for your unstopable world domination, and he will go down, when you spawn second bomber. Such a fool! But soon, he will learn. Soon, he will discover true powers of a dark side…

And when I write it here in forums, people tell me that “you can’t kill them all, allways will appear more bombers!!”
The truth is when I kill a couple of them, some of them return as fighters, but no more bombers. And if you kill a couple of fighters, no more enemy planes flying while I’m flying
