How to make enl_vo_xxx.asset.bank work?

Which format when rebuild to make it work? I’ve tried to switch the voice over around, rebuild it back using Vorbis and PCM and the voices became randomly picked.

in your case, the reason why it may not work, it’s because you either lack the blk ( which it’s a txt file with all the vcs )inside your bank file. or your program is too recent ( and won’t do it ).

well, first, you’ll need this older version.

Fmod Bank Tools.zip-2-0-0-1-4-1565765483.zip (4.9 MB)

( will not work with recent ones )

then, open the enlisted folder, copy the bank you want to modify,

copy and paste it elsewhere,

open the fmod bank tool, extract the voice lines ( again, where you want ), replace them voice lines inside the newly created folder, and then rebuild the whole folder through fmod.

it will replace the older that you just extracted from, with the ones you replaced.
ideally you want to do this outside, otherwise you’ll active / trigger the auto download since it will detect changes made by outsiders.

after that, you’ll be able to take the bank file and put it inside the mod folder located inside the sound folder.

Thank you, I wonder if there any process that is different from doing weapon sound mod? As I proceed with the same process as I swapping around the weapon sounds. I’m currently using the same version of fmod you’ve sent.
My case is that I’ve downloaded voice over sound mod from sandbox but want to use original narrator parashoot voices. So I extracted both original and mod versions, put them in separate folders, copied original narator parashoot voices and put it into mod version and rebuild it back, but the result is voices that player character and bots speak are randomly play.

Probably outdated, try using the most recent asset file

Thanks, I’ll try copying files from mod into the newest original asset instead.
